The “fire safe” façade cladding provider, Aodeli Australia, has been making strong headway over the last 12 months in the normally exclusive corporate identity market. Most recently Aodeli has been working in collaboration with key stakeholder partners on the roll-out of a select number of BP and David Jones Food dual-branded service stations clad with custom-matched NCP (non-combustible cladding) panels.

The new joint stores offer BP’s quality fuels combined with over 400 David Jones select food products in addition to the items that customers expect to find at a BP store. BP Bayside in Melbourne was the first store to open followed by a further five locations opening across Melbourne and another five stores in the Sydney metro area. In addition to these stores, there are plans to open a further 21 BP and David Jones Food sites by the end of 2020.

Wayne Saunders, Aodeli General Manager commented: “We are excited to be part of this major Australian collaboration between BP and David Jones Food. The colour matching capabilities of our factory combined with our quality control processes are the perfect fit for corporate identity projects like these.”

Aodeli NCP (non-combustible cladding) panels was the product chosen to be used on the exterior of the new stores. NCP is a popular choice for cladding and recladding projects as it is fully non-combustible, compliant and tested to AS1530.1 and AS1530.3.  The team at Aodeli used their superior colour matching skills to work with stakeholders in order to achieve the exact brand finishes required for the stores.
